    • Transcripts generated from audio or directly input by you are processed for PII redaction and summarization (including report and action list generation). These processed outputs are stored temporarily to be displayed on your dashboard.

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
  • To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service.
  • For PII Redaction: Transcripts are processed to automatically remove Personally Identifiable Information.
  • For Summarization and Report Generation: Transcripts are processed to generate summaries, reports, and action lists.

Data Handling and Security

  • PII Redaction: We automatically redact PII from transcripts. While we strive for accuracy, this process is automated and may not be infallible. Users are encouraged to review outputs.
  • Data Deletion: When you delete a transcript, summary, or report from your dashboard, it is permanently removed from our active servers.
  • Regional Data Processing: We support data processing within specific regions (e.g., EU, US) to help you comply with local data sovereignty requirements. Your data will be processed in the region associated with your access.
  • Data Security: We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

We may use third-party services for functionalities like:
